KIBA is an AI accountability coaching service delivered over text message. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to get it deleted.
KIBA is operated as an SMS and iMessage coaching service. For any privacy question or request, contact support@usekiba.ai.
You give us most of this directly, during signup or in conversation:
We also record technical information needed to deliver messages, such as delivery status and timestamps.
We do not collect your location, your health app data, or your contacts.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.
We use a small number of service providers, and only to run the service:
We never sell your personal information, and we never share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law, or where we believe in good faith that someone is at risk of serious harm.
KIBA is a coaching service, not a medical or crisis service. If a conversation suggests you may be at risk, we may flag it for human review so someone can respond. KIBA is not a substitute for professional help.
We keep your information while your account is active, so KIBA can remember you between conversations. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile, your conversation history and your uploaded photos.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on managed infrastructure with restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
KIBA is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
